We understand that stepping into a new gym environment can be intimidating as well. That's why we have you meet one-on-one with one of our coaches – everything is based upon your goals and your ability level.
We don't expect people to step into the gym able to knock out pull-ups and already knowing perfect technique on a clean and jerk. We have clients from all kinds of different fitness backgrounds (including "none"), and we're concerned with best practices in terms of training and coaching.
At your consultation, you'll work with one of our coaches and discuss your training history and your goals. You'll also undergo a movement screen and a short workout.
From there, if you're interested in getting started with us, we can lay out our options and how they may work for you – group classes, personal training, or individual program design. If not, there's no hard feelings and you can walk away armed with some new knowledge on movement and training that you can use to find something that's going to be the best fit for you.
