At your consultation, you’ll work with one of our coaches and discuss your training history and your goals. You’ll also undergo a movement screen and a short workout.
Our personal training rates are normally $100 per hour for a one-on-one session, but we’re happy to cover the cost of this session and invest in building a relationship. We want to make this a risk-free proposition for you to come in and spend some time with us, and we want to make sure you come away with valuable information about reaching your fitness goals whether or not you decide to train with us.
If you’re interested in getting started with us, we can lay out our options and how they may work for you — including our group classes as well as our individualized training options.
If not, there’s no hard feelings and — worst case scenario — you’ll get an expert opinion and some tactical nuggets to improve your training.
Don’t be shy about scheduling a time to talk with us, even if you’re intimidated or don’t think you’re “the type of person to come to a gym like this.”
