At your consultation, you’ll work with one of our coaches and discuss your training history and your goals. You’ll also undergo a movement screen and a short workout.
Our personal training rates are normally $100 per hour for a one-on-one session, but we’re happy to cover the cost of this session and invest in building a relationship. We want to make this a risk-free proposition for you to come in and spend some time with us, and hopefully you learn some valuable information whether or not you decide to train with us.
If you’re interested in getting started with us, we can lay out our options and how they may work for you – including our group classes as well as our individualized training options. If not, there’s no hard feelings and you can walk away armed with some new knowledge on movement and training that you can use to keep progressing in your fitness.
