Mills College – economics & political science. I’m currently in graduate school at the University of Chicago studying ancient cultures and languages.

What made you start CrossFit?

I made a promise to myself that I would do everything that scared me & CrossFit terrified me. Once I started, I never looked back.

What do you enjoy about SLSC?

The people!!

What do you enjoy about coaching?

I love helping people succeed and watching them learn to become proud of themselves.

What would you say to someone who is considering trying out SLSC but is unsure?

The rest of your life is on the other side of fear. We were all where you are at one point, you’ll be among good company here.
