When did you start CrossFit? I started in 2013 What made you start CrossFit? After competitive swimming, I transitioned into strength training, I wasn’t happy with the results from that traditional aspect. That’s when I gave CrossFit at SLSC a try. After my first day I haven’t looked back. When did you come to SLSC?
I came to SLSC in 2013 working front desk. I’m excited to transition into the coaching aspect and help other members.

What do you enjoy about SLSC?
New members, old members, we all feel welcomed.

What do you enjoy about coaching?
I love seeing the satisfaction of someone achieving their fitness goals.

What would you say to someone who is considering trying out SLSC but is unsure?
Do it! You never know what you can accomplish.
