A. E2min for 5 sets:
45s goblet step-through lunges, alternating

20 DB reverse death march, alternating
20 overhead plate/DB sit-ups
-Rest 1 min
 
C. 8 min AMRAP:
10 pike push-ups
10 DB deadlifts, right
30s psoas march
10 DB deadlifts, left
 
BARELY ANY EQUIPMENT
A. E2min for 5 sets:
