FITNESS
For time:
50 DB push presses
50 hanging leg raises
50 assault bike calories
50 DB box step-overs
50 DB reverse lunges, alternating
Training notes:
•25 minute cap.
Record time.
PERFORMANCE
For time:
50 handstand push-ups
50 toes-to-bar
50 assault bike calories
50 DB box step-overs (70/hand to 24″ – 50/hand to 20″)
50 DB overhead + DB front rack reverse lunges, alternating (70/hand – 50/hand)
Training notes:
•25 minute cap.
•This is a variation of 2018 Regionals Event 5.
