For time:
75 push-ups, hand-release
75 hanging leg raise
75 assault bike calories
75 DB box overs to 24”/20”
100’/side DB front rack lunges
*30 minute cap.

Training notes:
-The DB box overs will likely be the most challenging part. Pace the first piece accordingly relative to that.

Record total time.

Performance

For time:
75 handstand push-ups
75 toes-to-bar
75 assault bike calories
75 DB box overs to 24”/20” (70/hand – 50/hand)
100’/side DB front rack and DB overhead lunge (70/hand – 50/hand)
*30 minute cap.

-The DB box overs will likely be the most challenging part. Pace the first piece accordingly relative to that.
