5 DB Front Rack Alt Lunges (Man maker weight)
7 Hand Release Push Ups
9 Ball Slams

*RPE 7

B. 15 min AMRAP:
3 Muscle Ups
5 Front Squats (50% of 1RM)
7 Kipping HSPU
9 Deadlifts (FS Weight)
