Workout of the Day

A. EMOTM 6-
3 Snatch Balance
*Bar or very light weight

B. Muscle up drills-
Ring transitions W/ hold in dip- 3×3-5
*Hold bottom of dip for 3 seconds

C. 25 Minute AMRAP-
200M Run
10 Ball slams, light
10 alt lunges
60s Stir the pot
10 Push ups
