45s unbroken plank
20 burpees
45s unbroken plank
-Rest 90s
45s unbroken glute bridge
30 unbroken DB/KB swings
45s unbroken glute bridge
-Rest 90s
•Rest and make sure you can do the second isometric hold unbroken.
 
BARELY ANY EQUIPMENT
