Drop in on a class

Traveling CrossFitter or fitness enthusiast?

Great! We’d love to have you.

*Check out our scheduled class times by clicking right here.

*Want to reserve your spot ahead of time and get everything handled before stopping in?
-Select the drop-in option that you want from our online store below.
-Hit the “View Cart” button to check out. If you’d like to add a shirt to your order, just hit the back button and add the shirt to your cart.
-Input your info – and if you can let us know when you plan on coming by in the “Notes” section, that would be helpful – and then select “Pay Now and Complete Order” to get to the payment screen.
-We will be notified on the back-end, so just let whoever is working the front desk or coaching know that you handled payment online when you come in.

If you don’t sign up ahead of time, that’s all good too. Just come in a few minutes early and let whoever is working the front desk or coaching the class know that you’re visiting from out of town.

*If you’re curious what the workout is, we run our Fitness and Performance tracks in parallel for all of our group classes. Click the links to take a look at our programming.

*We do allow visitors to follow their own individualized training programs – especially during non-peak hours (after 7am and before 4:30pm). We do restrict open gym usage in the evenings on weekdays from 4:30pm-8:30pm. Just shoot us a note at info@southloopsc.com if you’d like to use our facility but not take our group classes.

*We do not offer refunds for drop-ins who have paid online. So make sure you can come before paying.

*We’re located at 645 S Clark in downtown Chicago, Illinois. That’s a short walk from the Board of Trade and the Willis Tower.

The Blue Line, the Red Line, and the Brown Line all have stops within a few blocks of the gym.

There is also generally abundant street parking on Clark Street, although you will have to feed the meters.
