Workout of the Day

Fitness
A. Build to a tough weight in 15 minutes:
1.1.1 Hang power clean
B. 16 minute AMRAP:
20 Alternating DB snatches, tough
20 DB goblet squats, tough
30 Double unders or 60 singles

Performance
A. Build to a tough weight in 15 minutes:
Hang power clean x 2 + power clean
B. 16 minute AMRAP:
20 Alternating DB snatches (50/35)
20 DB goblet squats (50/35)
50 Double unders
