Workout of the Day

Fitness-
Teams of 3 complete the following with one person working at a time:
1 mile run (1600M)
100 Assisted pull ups or Ring rows
200 Push ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile run (1600M)

Performance-
Team Murph- Teams of 3 with one person working at a time
1 mile run (1600M)
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile run (1600M)
