Fitness
A. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets
Power snatch- 1.1.1, Increasing weight each set

B. Push press-
5×5, R90s
*5lb increase from last week

C. 4 rounds for time:
200M Run
5 Push Ups on slam ball
10 Ball slams
*15 minute cap

Performance
A. Every 3 minutes x 5 sets
Snatch- 1.1.1, Increasing weight each set

B. Push Press-
5×5, R90s
*5lb increase from last week

C. 4 rounds for time:
200M Run
5 HSPU
10 Toes-to-bar
*15 minute cap
