A1. Double KB front rack rear-foot elevated split squats
3×6/leg; Building; Rest 30s b/w legs; Rest 30s
A2. Russian KB swings
3×20; Heavy; Rest 2 min
Training notes:
•Thumbs between collarbones, elbows tucked against sides on KB front rack.
•Build to something tough and near maximal for split squats.
Record weight used.
B. 3 rounds:
27 row/bike calories
21 deadlifts (185/125)
15 push-ups, hand-release
9 toes-to-bar

•12 minute cap.
