Workout of the Day

FITNESS
For time:
10 burpee box jump overs
20 DB snatches, alternating
30 burpee box jump overs
40 double DB front squats
50 single-arm DB push presses – complete 20 on one side before moving to the other side

Training notes:
•18 minute cap
•This was the scaled and intermediate version of the chipper at this year’s South Loop Games.

PERFORMANCE
“0 to 60 Chipper”
For time:
10 burpee box jump overs (24”/20”)
20 DB snatches, alternating (50/35)
30 burpee box jump overs (24”/20”)
40 DB snatches, alternating (50/35)
50 double DB front squats (50/hand – 35/hand)
60 single-arm DB push presses (50/35) – complete 30 on one side before moving to the other side

Training notes:
•18 minute cap
•This was an individual event at this year’s South Loop Games.
