Workout of the Day

FITNESS
A1.
Back squat
Build to a 3RM for today in 15 minutes
A2. Press
Build to a 3RM for today in 15 minutes

Training notes:
•Alternate movements as you build.
•Take the press from the ground.
•You may hit your 3RM on the press before you do on the back squat. That’s fine – just continue to build on the back squat.

Record top weights for both movements.

B. 10 rounds:
5 hanging leg raises
10 ball slams
15 lateral hurdle hops
*15 minute time cap

Training notes:
•Pick a standard for your hanging leg raises and maintain it throughout the entire session.
•Ball slams should be done at moderate weight.

Record time.

PERFORMANCE
A1.
