FITNESS
For time:
50 push-ups
50 hanging leg raises
50 assault bike calories
50 DB box step-overs
12 steps right-arm overhead DB lunge
12 steps left-arm overhead DB lunge
*25 minute cap

•This should be a grind the entire time.

PERFORMANCE
“2018 Regionals Chipper”
For time:
50 handstand push-ups
50 toes-to-bar
50 assault bike calories
50 DB box step-overs (70/hand to 24” – 50/hand to 20”)
12 steps right-arm overhead DB lunge (70/hand – 50/hand)
12 steps left-arm overhead DB lunge (70/hand – 50/hand)
*25 minute cap

Training notes:
This was a Regionals Event last year – RIP Regionals.
•Each of these movements can be quite difficult and can suck up time. It’s ok to challenge yourself and push past what you would normally choose to do on something like this – but don’t be afraid to scale back the reps ahead of time so that you can get through a section.
•This should be a grind.
