Workout of the Day

FITNESS
Complete the following in teams of two, switching as necessary—
5 rounds:
1 min rowing/assault bike
1 min DB snatches, alternating
1 min burpees, no push-up
1 min DB thrusters
1 min ring rows
-Rest 1 min

Training notes:
-Partners switch as necessary.
-Pace this so that there is minimal attrition between the first round and the last round.
-The best strategy is not necessarily to split the work 50/50. Communicate with your partner and figure out what works.

Record total time.

PERFORMANCE
Complete the following in teams of two, switching as necessary—

1 min power snatches (75/55)
1 min double-unders
1 min thrusters (75/55)
1 min chest-to-bar pull-ups
-Rest 1 min

Training notes:
-Partners switch as necessary.
-Pace this so that there is minimal attrition between the first round and the last round.
-The best strategy is not necessarily to split the work 50/50. Communicate with your partner and figure out what works.
