Workout of the Day

FITNESS & PERFORMANCE
A. 10 minute toes-to-bar skill

Training notes:
-Practice cycle time, timing of the kick, straight legs vs bent legs, toes-through-rings, etc.

B. Increasing on the minute until you reach 2500m/2000m or 140/100 calories:
1st: 2 DB snatches (50/35) + bike/row in remaining time
2nd: 4 DB snatches (50/35) + bike/row in remaining time
3rd: 6 DB snatches (50/35) + bike/row in remaining time

*When you fail, take a minute off and finish the required work by doing 8 DB snatches + bike/row in remaining time.
**20 minute cap.

Training notes:
-Compare the strategy and effort on this to the burpee version of this workout that we did last week.

Record total number of minutes required to complete the required work.
