Fitness
3 rounds:
800m run
30 DB hang squat cleans
30 burpees
*35 minute cap.

Training notes:
-This will be long so pace the run appropriately to be able to keep moving through the squat cleans and burpees.

Record total time.

Performance
“Badger”
3 rounds:
800m run
30 squat cleans (95/65)
30 pull-ups
*35 minute cap.

Training notes:
-Squat cleans will be the limiter for most people. Pace relative to that.
-Consider the cost/benefits of doing singles vs touch-and-go on squat cleans
