30 KB swings
30 alternating renegade rows, no push-up
*35 minute cap

Training notes:
-This is a variation of “Eva” – hence the name “Stevia”
-Your run can break you if you go too fast on it – make sure you can come in and get started right away on KB swings.
-Renegade rows should be tough but manageable. Choose weight accordingly.
-Each row counts as one rep. 1 (right arm) – 2 (left arm) – 3 (right arm) – 4 (left arm)…etc.
