In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time—
For time:
1600m row relay (alternate every 400 meters)
-Into
20 rounds w/ partners alternating rounds:
4 strict pull-ups/vertical ring rows
8 ring dips/push-ups
16 air squats
-Into
1600m row relay (alternate every 400 meters)
Training notes:
•35 minute cap.
•Modify bodyweight movements so they are challenging but you’re able to move through with some consistency.
Record time.
