I’ve been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2008, but it wasn’t until I became involved with South Loop Strength & Conditioning that I truly understood fitness and wellness. Achieving health and wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices for a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. That process varies for every individual and as a coach, I find it inspiring to help our athletes find their path and then achieve their goals whether it be improving aesthetics, accomplishing a performance goal, lowering stress levels, etc. It doesn’t matter whether you have ever stepped foot in a gym or if you are an avid exerciser, there is always room for improvement and everyone is welcomed at South Loop Strength & Conditioning. Between the coaches and community, it’s hard not to want to improve your own lifestyle and be better than yesterday.
