Fitness-
Teams of two complete the following with one person working at a time:
100 Ring rows
100 Box jumps, step down
100 Bike calories
100 Wall balls, tough
*Partners alternate every 10 reps.

Cash out:
15 straight legs lowering
60s Russian twist

Performance-
Teams of two complete the following with one person working at a time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Box jumps, step down (24/20)
100 Bike calories
100 Wall balls (20/14)
*Partners alternate every 10 reps.

Cash out:
15 Dragon Flags
60s Russian twists
