B. 10 rounds for time:
4 burpees
6 KB swings (70/53)
8 wall balls (20 to 10’/14 to 10’)
*15 minute cap.
Training notes:
-This should be very high turnover and fast.
-Try to keep transitions short – transition times matter a lot on something like this.
