A. Deadlift
Build to a 3RM for today in 20 minutes

Training notes:
-Reset each rep. These are NOT touch-and-go.

Record top weight lifted in training notes. Compare to 18.05.01.

B. 10 rounds for time:
4 burpees
6 KB swings (70/53)
8 wall balls (20 to 10’/14 to 10’)
*15 minute cap.

Training notes:
-This should be very high turnover and fast.
-Try to keep transitions short – transition times matter a lot on something like this.
