Complete the following for time in teams of three—
5000m row – partners alternate every 500m
180 synchro single-arm DB hang clean & jerks (50/35) – two partners work at once
*30 minutes cap

Training notes:
-Partners switch in the same order throughout.
-Synchro clean & jerks must be locked out overhead at the same time and must be on the same arm.
