Next Challenge Group Starts Monday, February 27th

Check out our video below, then apply if this seems like a good fit for you

Who is this program for?

*Anyone looking for the next step in fitness. You don’t need to be fit to start – we teach all movements from the ground up and design workouts both for beginners and for people with significant fitness experience.

*Anyone looking for something new and exciting in their training. Many people come to us after trying bootcamps, trying ClassPass, trying personal training, and doing some mud runs – but they still feel like they’re missing something.

*This program is for women only. We know that strength training can be particularly intimidating for women – and we promise you won’t get bulky – so we created this program.

*This program is for people who are willing to work hard and put themselves in uncomfortable places. Sure, the training is hard. Everybody knows that. But, we’ll also be asking you to take a serious look at what you’re doing outside of the gym as far as sleep, food and nutrition.

Who isn’t this program for?

*This is not a quick fix. We’re not offering clickbait headlines or sketchy fat-burning supplements. This is hard work. You can achieve great results in six weeks, but this is a starting point for a longer journey. If you expect to find a super secret formula for changing your fitness without putting in the work, you won’t find it here.

*This will be hard. You’re going to be sore. You’re going to be asked to push yourself in training in ways that you may not have done before. You’re going to be asked to work on movements that are unfamiliar. It’s ok to be nervous and intimidated – but if you’re not willing to put yourself out there, then this program isn’t for you.

*We expect to see you three times per week for six weeks. We’re not unreasonable – we understand that travel is planned, things come up at work, and that family members need your support. You’ll still get plenty out of the Six Week Challenge if you don’t make every session. Still, if you know you can’t commit to attending most of the sessions, this program isn’t for you.

What do we do?

*FAST (Foundational Athletic Stability Training) was created by Kevin Brathwaite in order to keep track athletes healthy between their intensive running sessions. The program focuses on developing proper movement patterns, connective tissue strength, and conditioning.

*We use athletic movements to improve coordination and agility

*We train in intervals with work to rest ratios that increase aerobic capacity – meaning you can do more work while getting less tired

*We utilize rehab and pre-hab movements to prevent injuries and improve movement patterns
